More awards are still coming in! This time the Phungus & Mowld pilot episode went to the RED Movie Awards in Reims, France, and won ‘Best Sci-Fi’.
Directed and animated by Kilian Muster, this first episode introduces the main characters Phungus, Mowld and ALIS. Phungus daydreams in his little bar in the middle of nowhere, when an escape pod crashes right in front of him. Mowld, emerging from the wreckage turns out to be a fugitive, and with the Imperial guard storming the place, both end up on the run.
